A friend mentioned that we should have a look at KDH, as we were planning to build a new transportable home for our site at the beach. We had already done the initial consultation process with another company, picked plans, met with them several times, I was catching up with a friend and he mentioned to chat to Steve, and see what KDH could offer. Was the best advice a friend could give.
We were able to look at a couple of example builds KDH had already done at Matarangi, and both homes looked amazing, and the feedback from them both was that KDH was an awesome company to choose. From the first email from Steve, we knew that KDH were going to be a great company to work with. The whole team were super friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The communication over email and initial phone calls was excellent.
What an amazing experience building a transportable home with KDH. We love our new Kiwi 3 Home, which looks super modern, has a great design for our family, and surprises people when you say it's transportable. Everything that the team did (Steve, Irene, Julia, Te-Awhina and Doreen), put us, the customer first. They all delivered exceptional service via regular catch ups during our build. They helped with design choice, kept us in the loop with regular communication, the quality of the build was excellent, the delivery process went smoothly. Even the follow up service, small things like touch up painting and minor fix ups after the house arrived on site, demonstrates great customer care. It all has been simply outstanding. Everything ran to time, there were no surprises or issues to deal with. Now we have a stunning new home that we can enjoy at Matarangi.
