TWO MORE HOMES UNDERWAY.

It's all go here, as we steam into February with two more floors underway in the yard, and a 3rd one to start in a week. The first is a modified 3-bed Rifleman design heading to Cooks Beach and the second is a 3-bed Kowhai design heading to a farm in Honikiwi once completed. 

These homes will take around 16 weeks from start to finish and will receive code of compliance before they are loaded on the transporters truck. 

Once they arrive at the respective sites our transporter will get to work on the piles for the foundations before lowering the house down. This process can take a few days depending on a few factors.
