LANCE PRUTTON - BUILDER & CARTOONIST

Meet Lance one of our contract builders, pictured here with his son Flynn, it's just a crew of 2 but they do a great job together and we are lucky to have them on board. Lance is a
genuine, cheerful and all-round nice guy and has been working for us since
2021. When asked what the best thing about working for KDH was, he said, the
people.

In 1982, Lance embarked on his building career at the ripe young age of 16 and has been building ever since. Known for his meticulous workmanship, he consistently produces
high-quality homes every time. His keen eye for detail is evident not only in
his building projects but also in his whimsical cartoons as an artist. You may
have seen the cartoons he did for us last year. He's a talented guy our Lance.

Lance and Flynn are currently working on a transportable
build in the yard as well as a large design and build in the Te Awamutu
Greenhill subdivision.
