At the young age of 97, our client Alfred came to us to build him a home. He wanted to live close to his daughter in the Matarangi Beaches Subdivision. He chose to build our Kiwi 4-bedroom design with additional media room, scullery, ensuite and WIR.

They all came over to do the final walk-through, before its loaded on the truck. It just goes to show your dream home can be a reality at any age.
