Consenting site works

We take care of the building consent for all your site works, including foundations and site connections, and ensure we have all the correct relevant documents required to lodge the building consent. Once your home is completed and arrives onsite, we can also assist with the lodgment of the paperwork for your code of compliance.

Site visits & quotes

Part of our service is visiting your site to check boundary pegs, levels and to determine the location of your new home. Based on this visit we can give you a more accurate estimate on foundations, possible excavations and the best way to position your new home to suit the contours of your land, maximising views, sun and protection from prevailing winds.
