"As Chairperson of the Rogers Charitable Trust I have no hesitation to recommending Kiwi Transportable Homes as efficient, honest and high quality operators.
Rogers Charitable Trust runs a dairy farm which supports Te Awamutu College. We had to replace the house on the farm due to a fire. In looking for a replacement house our main criteria was quality and cost effectiveness. Kiwi Transportable Homes had larger rooms and a better lay out for practical living for a farming lifestyle with a high quality finish.
In planning the house we had freedom of choice to change the existing plan whilst being guided by Kiwi Homes. The total cost was agreed upon and adhered to. Any extras that we decided on were always quoted first and then included. Communication was easy and fluid.
When choosing colours, there was a wide range to chose from and guidance was available when asked for. When final inspection took place a high standard was adopted and work was finished to that standard.

"Kiwi Transportable Homes built our very cosy house in National Park Village (Mt Ruapehu). We were able to completely alter the interior layout of the house to suit the special features we required in the house. These included a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area & a drying room with easy access from the back door into laundry & bathroom spaces. Kiwi Transportable were able to build the house to the standards required by the Ruapehu District Council. Special features were added to withstand high wind & snow loading as well as the special beams we required to span the open plan area. To be honest we did have a few glitches along the way with this project but all issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Kiwi displayed their willingness to adapt to ensure they deliver the product to the standard the customer expects. Our house has proven itself to be warm and weather tight and we have had many positive comments about the design.
